To all of our loyal readers and listeners: we cannot over-emphasize the importance of making sure that key people in the Canadian and provincial governments, as well as mayors of big cities, get this document as soon as possible. For those who have been sending documents in the past on our behalf to other countries outside Canada: please send this document to those on your lists. Once again, I cannot over-emphasize the importance of the world receiving this document, “Dossier 144.”
That being said, this document is in no way intended to serve as medical advice; it is strictly provided for research purposes only. Further, all government guidelines intended to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, including social distancing, should be obeyed to the best of one's ability.
Let us begin. I/we are not trying to criticize, discredit, or judge anyone. I am simply a highly gifted man, doing what is required of me by the one who has given us the breath of life. The following information, “Dossier 144,” is based on my gift of discernment. I will not be presenting to the world this week a dossier on E = mc2. This document should serve as a discussion paper to come up with ideas collectively on how we all can beat/defeat and overcome COVID-19.
Personality of the Virus
This COVID virus does not like to be alone. It is the happiest when it is with another COVID virus, particularly when it can hide out in the human bone marrow, only to sneak out and attach itself to a stem cell. Beyond the stem cell, it is happy when it is dividing. It is happy when it infects other people. It is really happy when the world does not know that individuals who have never been infected can manufacture the same virus through their own genetics and be used as an instrument to infect others.
As we continue the happy points, the COVID virus is happy when the patient has low levels of antibodies and is given an oxygen ventilator to empower the COVID virus to initiate more harm throughout the body.
Having said the above, through discernment, we have learned the following:

The virus causes the cell to release hydrogen ions/gas

The virus needs hydrogen to reproduce

The cell is trying to protect itself by releasing hydrogen ions, but is actually tricked by the virus to do this, because the virus needs this

If the cell didn’t release hydrogen, the virus would not survive in the host, i.e. it would not be able to replicate

When oxygen mixes with the cell containing the virus, it increases the hydrogen ions being released, allowing it to replicate faster and it also allows for a build-up of fluid in the lungs, potentially causing patients to drown in their own fluid (oxygen ventilator)

Older people die because they have used up their antibodies; younger people for the most part haven’t. This is why the ventilator is more likely to work for the younger than older people with the virus, although a small percentage of younger people may have pre-existing conditions where they too have low levels of antibodies. Many will not believe this is true, just like they can’t believe that a two-year-old child could have mental depression.

There are three drugs that are in existence right now that could be combined to make a cocktail that would stop the cell from having the hydrogen response.

The releasing of hydrogen is the number one thing that keeps the virus reproducing.
What does the virus fear the most?
Firstly, we must all understand… but we don’t all have to agree… that all viruses/microbes have the ability to have a conscience. On a scale that we don’t understand, the virus knows what it’s doing and it knows why it’s doing it. So, it is true that the virus is very fearful of man developing a good, sound vaccine. And in life, it is true that what one fears, one will attract. So that means, man will be successful in developing a good, sound vaccine. This is good news. Whether it’s Russia, North America, China, or Europe, it doesn’t matter: we will develop that vaccine.
The key with the success of developing this vaccine should not be driven by the potential to make billions. It should be driven by saving this planet from World War III. If we are motivated by making money, and World War III takes place, we’re not going to be able to spend it. This is the time for countries to work together and not be foolish and not to think that you are untouchable, i.e. that you can set the events in motion for World War III and get away with it. This, by the way, only applies to a handful of individuals. In fact, I don’t expect any of the handful of individuals to read this dossier any time soon. But you, on the other hand, may be working with these individuals directly and/or indirectly and it is wise for you not to support their agenda. Let’s save this planet. Let’s not destroy this planet.
Okay, that was a mouthful lol.
The true agenda of COVID-19 on one scale is to destroy this planet. And so, with you having this knowledge, the ultimate biggest fear that this virus has is that the world listens to someone like me. With all of us working together with good intent, we can all overcome this. But there is another possibility that we won’t overcome this. And if this is the case, it’s not because we did not try.

What airborne pre-conditions need to be in place for COVID-19 to avoid infecting someone in a non-wind/draught environment?

The COVID-19 virus stays away from those individuals whose physical body does not express a positive charge energy and/or positive charge frequency. (no other way)

If the human body expresses a positive charge as stated above, it means that the body chemistry is compromised.

If the body expresses a negative charge, it means that the body chemistry is not compromised.

Based on the above, this defeats any conclusion that the COVID-19 virus is a pandemic. A pandemic implies that everyone is the target. And if we truly believe this, we all embrace crashing the stock markets, leading us into new wars and/or maybe World War III.
The Sex of the Virus
Based on my discernment, I have concluded that there is no such thing, at this time, where a COVID virus is both male and female. However, there are COVID viruses that are male and others that are female.
The Behaviour of a Male COVID Virus

The male virus likes to attach itself to a human stem cell.

The virus attaches itself to stem cells that are immune-response driven.

Once the male virus is attached to the stem cell, it invites other male and female COVID viruses to attach to the same human stem cell, causing the stem cell on a yoctolevel to release a form of hydrogen that enters the bloodstream.

The abundance of hydrogen released by the stem cells into the bloodstream triggers female COVID viruses to divide.

The male COVID virus dies after it has helped the female COVID virus to divide.

When the female COVID virus divides, it creates a male COVID virus counterpart. We will leave the question of how the female population of COVID viruses gets replenished or replicated for you to think about. Can’t make it too easy for you lol!
The Purpose of COVID Virus Division

To allow the virus to divide to a size of specimen that is big enough and small enough to unlock genes in compromised cells, for the purpose of also manufacturing new and different viruses that are of a non-COVID identity.

This represents the top seven. We are sure that it has the capability of causing the human cell/a different human cell to create a different type of virus which also includes all mutations.
Why Would the COVID Virus Go After Compromised Cells?

Typically, the COVID virus likes to go after red blood cells that are compromised, which means, it goes after red blood cells that are expressing a positive charge.

It goes after these compromised cells to unleash other viruses of different form/type to bring in other disease states. This is why there are so many different symptoms in patients being treated for COVID.

It is safe to say that people are not dying from the COVID virus, but are actually dying because of the other viruses unleashed by the COVID virus that have brought in different disease states, eventually causing death to the patient.

Individuals who are already pre-disposed, having a compromised cell, would have in that cell, at least one compromised gene. For the most part, this gene comes from one’s grandfather, either side, at the time that one was conceived.

If point 4 and the rest of the above is true… which it is true… it defeats any possibility that COVID is a pandemic. Again, a pandemic implies that every human being is a target. Based on the above, this is absolutely not true.

Not everyone received these compromised cells/genes from one or both of the grandfathers through the mother’s own genetics when one was conceived.
Trying to Understand this Matrix
Firstly, the matrix is a place where good and bad karma are paid. For this to happen, it implies that much of our free will is taken away. Many people, unaware, who have bad karma to go through, are possessed or taken over by other light bodies/entities that control their thoughts, actions and spoken word for the purpose of making sure that they go through their karma.
It is not cut and dried. In fact, it is very complicated and at times extremely dangerous. This area of expertise is not for a fool to get involved with. And I am not saying this lightly.
The reason why it is not cut and dried: Planet Earth is a good and bad karmic planet for ten other planets that each come from a different universe, which implies now that the seven billion plus people on this planet come from one of these ten different planets/universes. This is, for example, why we have more than one religion, more than one race, etc. And most importantly, this is why in many cases, the whole world does not see eye to eye.
This COVID situation is potentially bigger than you can ever imagine. But it does not have to be. Governments worldwide, particularly our Canadian federal government and provincial counterparts, need to learn the matrix really quick in order to protect and save the world.
What I Need to Get off my Chest
I say to our Canadian federal government, provincial counterparts and to all Canadians: focus on what you can see, read, think and touch. Do not focus on, “if come maybe,” or what you can’t see, read, think and touch. That is my job lol. Not yours. Just trust that I, working daily with the spiritual council of the light, have all the backs for all of those who truly do have good intentions and act on those truly good intentions.
I must be honest to our Canadian governments. Almost all of you in the Canadian government have failed by not allowing me to help you with COVID testing and COVID technology, including not allowing me to meet with you to present the truth about the matrix.
Unfortunately, many of you have and will create bad karma that will be paid in a subsequent matrix human life incarnation. Many of you who have already created bad karma: this can be offset by making better choices and by developing new, truly good intentions and furthermore, acting on these truly good intentions to save our economy, the lives of millions, and the future of this planet.
I am asking God to give those who ask for it, the gift of being able to listen and to know truth. I also realize that some of you may not be able to receive this gift because I do know that many people in the matrix have been dumbed down, which prevents them from knowing truth, in order to facilitate their bad karma or one’s bad karma that one still has to go through. Unfortunately, this is true. I get it. It’s just too bad.
The Matrix Continues
The matrix experience we all go through is based on what we did or did not do in another incarnation where we all had 100% free will. Unfortunately, the matrix is set up in such a way, particularly for bad karma, to be paid by either going through an actual disease state to offset the injury that you have done to another in another incarnation, when you had 100% free will. It is based on the beliefs that you accepted from your experience in the 100% free will that programs you in the matrix (matrix software program) to pay off your bad karmic debt by getting an actual disease, by going through the actual experience of injury, for by going straight to hell in the 100% free will universe, for example. Where you end up is all based on your belief system that you accepted in the 100% free will life.
What I am trying to say here is that many of the COVID virus patients that experience the COVID virus unleashing other viruses in their bodies, happened to offset the injury they caused another when they had 100% free will. In the case of COVID… and it’s not just limited to what I’m going to say… many people who treated animals in the free will life very badly came into this matrix with a separate cell (or more than one cell) that has a memory… it’s like a memory chip… of one causing animals to die in a malicious way. This is one of the reasons why the world experienced such a high rate of COVID infections from those who work in slaughterhouses. There are many other reasons why one would receive such a cell. But it is mostly due to causing something to die in a malicious way.
However, you may have killed an animal in your 100% free will life by accident. But, for example, based on your belief of “Eye for an eye,” you accepted coming into this matrix that you would die because you killed that animal, even though it was an accident. This is why I say to many: be careful what you believe in. Also, get rid of the belief of “the sins of the father” from the 100% free will is the main reason why, in this matrix, grandparents and great-grandparents pass their own bad karma/illness genetically to their grandchildren/great-grandchildren.
And furthermore, the matrix is set up for you not to forgive another directly, but only for you to let go of your anger and your revenge. It is only God in the matrix who can forgive. The matrix is set up that if you forgive another in the matrix, you will likely end up taking on their bad karma. I’m not saying to hold onto a grudge; I’m saying that you can say to the person, “I let go of my personal revenge and only God can forgive you.” Good luck lol.
As I have stated, the matrix is very complicated. And one has to be very careful what one dabbles in or with in the matrix. There are individuals on this planet who have mastered the matrix and have the ability to pass their bad karma to others. These individuals all come from a 100% free will experience where they were mostly members of a church… a powerful Christian church… one church… very powerful… you know which one… of course you do. What is very funny is that most of you know who I’m talking about. Your soul knows who I’m talking about.
As we continue talking about this one powerful church… From this church were birthed individuals who could change the matrix software program to increase blanket suffering. I know it sounds like a sci-fi movie but it is true. I could say more, but I will not at this time.
The good news: God has birthed individuals of the light to change the matrix program at any given time to reduce the suffering of mankind, to reduce the ability of the dark from transferring their bad karma and other people’s bad karma to individuals of the light.
The world must also understand that in this matrix, there have been individuals who, by way of thought, had the ability to pass blanket bad karma from one country to another. The good news: the spiritual council of the light is watching the bouncing ball. They are watching the bouncing ball to help us soon overcome COVID-19 worldwide.
I say to all once again: focus on what you can see, read, think and touch.
Reason for Concern
On a daily basis, I am regularly in contact by thought with the spiritual council of the light. It has advised me that we/Canadians/our government should not embrace any decision to sink our economy and should not embrace any decision to give our Arctic rights away. Because this is what we will need into the future to reduce our government deficit. It is important for our Canadian government and all Canadians to embrace the United States. Embrace the President of the United States with respect, regardless of what is going on. Both Canada and the United States rely on each other. They both feed each other. It is important not to bite the hand that feeds each other. We have a better chance of keeping our Arctic rights by doing so. Major cross-border disputes should be handled diplomatically.
The council has advised me that our federal government should not create provincial division/provincial dissention, and that we must not pick up the other end of the rope with the United States. We must form committees to oversee important decisions in reference to the United States, where the approval is based on the decision of this committee and thus, makes it much easier for our Prime Minister to say no, and further, unknowingly, by our Prime Minister saying no, he is saving this country.
The spiritual council of the light says that the federal government should not support unnecessary bailouts, funding individuals, corporations, provincial counterparts, etc., who do not necessarily need the funds. And the council further says that the federal government and all provincial counterparts should not embrace policies to destroy small business in this country. And again, I know I’m repeating myself here… The council says for our federal government and provincial counterparts to set up a separate committee that approves and oversees all policies, all agreements that Canada enters into with respect to the Arctic. Once again, Canada needs the Arctic as cash flow to reduce government deficits in the future.
What the Council of the Light Wants Canada to Embrace
Let me begin by saying that I am here to help every Canadian and every country. And I know that parts of this document are very difficult for many to accept. But I ask all of those of influence to read this document three times and realize that the spiritual council is watching all of us. And how this is possible: well this is another dossier lol.
But in the meantime, the council wants Canada to embrace the following points.

Fast-tracked feasibility studies done on all government bailout funding approved by a separate financing committee, made up of members from each party. Ouch, lol. If you think about this long enough, it’s protecting our Prime Minister and the future of this country. I guess the spiritual council has more information. They know best. I’m only a messenger.

Set up a separate ethics financing committee to review and approved all government funding over $5 million. This could be a back-up committee to support the initial first committee.

All research funding, all research groups to be made accountable… all given a time line attached to the funds that they receive. (If it can’t be done in six months, it likely will not be done.)

Embrace a study on the safety issues surrounding oxygen ventilators with respect to treating COVID patients.
